I’m excited to announce the second in our “Shoot Like a Pro” series of workshops here at Samy’s Camera EDU. These workshops are designed to pair up professional photographers working in specialized fields with beginning or average photographers to teach them the tips and techniques that they use to capture great images. The first workshop was Shoot Fireworks Like a Pro where a Dodger’s photographer took a group to his secret spot above the stadium and taught them how to take great fireworks photos.
In Shoot Soccer Like a Pro Juan Paz, Multimedia Coordinator, Chivas USA will share the techniques that helped him get the coveted spot of team videographer/photographer. Next a short overview of how to set up your cameras followed by an exclusive field-access to a private reserve game, where the reserve Chivas USA team will take on the reserve team of the Vancouver Whitecaps.
At this workshop you will learn about stopping action and getting the best telephoto shots. We will have the full run of the sidelines during the game just as if we were covering it for a top media outlet.
