I dropped by George Simian’s Pro Lighting workshop Sunday and was blown away by George as an instructor and at how engaged and involved the students were. The class takes place over two consecutive Sunday’s and is being held in the beautiful Smashbox Studios in Culver City. If you would like to take your studio lighting to the next level be sure to take George’s workshop the next time it’s available.
Wow! What a great Samy’s EDU workshop! Attendees were treated to an amazing day on the Universal Studios backlot with photographer Jay P. Morgan. Jay P set up shots while sharing his lighting and shooting techniques for stills and DSLR video. Then the students split up into groups and got to shoot the talent for their own portfolios in this fantastic location.
